Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Executive based in Ernakulam. The Office Executive will handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks. Key responsibilities include managing office operations, providing administrative assistance, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring high standards of customer support and service. The role also involves performing basic accounting and record-keeping tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for client and stakeholder interactions
Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to ensure efficient office operations
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in office management tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience in a similar role or in a healthcare recruitment / technical recruitment environment is an advantage
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is recommended
