Fashion Photographer — In House

Location:

Pullepady, Near Shenoys (MG Road), Kochi

We are looking for an In-House Fashion Photographer to join our fashion D2C brand and work closely with our internal team on planning, executing, and delivering consistent visual content across platforms.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who understands fashion photography, shoot logistics, and D2C brands. You will be involved end-to-end, from planning shoots and managing execution to delivering polished final assets.

This is not a freelance, influencer, or agency role.

️ What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

Shoot (Primary Responsibility):

Plan and execute in-house fashion photography using mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and natural light.

Shoot product, model, detail, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes content aligned with brand standards.

Shoot Planning & Logistics:

Plan shoot concepts, locations/spaces, looks, and timelines.

Manage shoot logistics end-to-end, including coordinating schedules, hiring models and makeup artists, and ensuring smooth execution on shoot days.

Edit:

Edit photos to a clean, consistent brand standard using Lightroom and Photoshop, including retouching, colour correction, and stylistic edits aligned with the brand’s visual language.

Style & Coordinate Shoots:

Style garments for shoots, plan looks, and coordinate with models, internal teams, and founders to ensure shoots run efficiently and on time.

Content Execution Support:

Translate product drops, collections, and daily activities into usable visual assets for social media and website use.

Asset Organisation:

Maintain structured folders for raw files, selects, edits, and final assets for long-term use.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in fashion photography, preferably with fashion or D2C brands
- Strong hands-on skills with mirrorless cameras, lenses, and lighting setups
- Comfortable managing shoot logistics and coordinating talent/vendors
- Strong retouching and colour correction skills
- Understanding of visual consistency for social and e-commerce
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-moving D2C environment

- Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on experience and execution capability.

Work directly with the founders in a hands-on, fast-decision environment.
- Ownership:
End-to-end responsibility for in-house fashion content.

Practical, hands-on experience working inside a fashion D2C brand across planning, shooting, editing, and publishing.
