We are seeking a visionary and dynamic  Principal  to lead Cochin International School into its next phase of excellence. The Principal will provide academic and strategic leadership, ensuring that Cochin International School remains a model of holistic international education. The role encompasses student learning, faculty growth, operational oversight, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will combine global vision with hands-on leadership, inspiring trust and collaboration across the school community.

Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and articulate a clear vision for the school’s growth and success.
Lead curriculum implementation and innovation across IB and Cambridge programmes.
Recruit, develop, and evaluate faculty to build a highly effective teaching team.
Safeguard student well-being and promote a positive, inclusive school climate.
Oversee resource management, budgeting, and operational effectiveness in collaboration with senior leadership.
Strengthen Cochin International School reputation through parent partnerships, alumni engagement, and public representation.
Champion diversity, equity, and global citizenship within the school culture.

Qualifications & Experience
Master’s in Education or related discipline (administrative certification preferred).
10–15 years of leadership experience in international schools, with a proven record of academic and operational success.
Strong background in accreditation, compliance, and faculty development.
