Thrive Marketing is a growing digital marketing company planning to launch a Digital Marketing Academy. We are looking for a responsible and organized Academic Coordinator to manage academic operations, student coordination, and support trainers.
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily class schedules and academic activities
Manage student inquiries, admissions, and follow-ups
Maintain student attendance and academic records
Coordinate with trainers for course delivery
Support in organizing workshops, training sessions, and events
Handle communication between management, trainers, and students
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (any field)
1–2 years experience in education / training institute preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good organizational and multitasking ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace)
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of digital marketing courses
Experience in student counseling or admissions
Social media handling knowledge
