As an Academic Coordinator, you will be the bridge between  students, trainers, and management  – ensuring smooth operations, academic excellence, and a student-first approach. Your work will directly impact how our learners experience education and success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, schedule, and oversee academic programs and batches.

· Coordinate with management,faculty, students, and parents for effective communication.

· Track student performance, attendance, and progress.

· Manage assessments, certifications, and graduation processes.

· Maintain academic documentation and provide reports to management.

· Support curriculum improvements and academic innovations.

What We're Looking For:

· Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Management, or a related field.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Excellent written & verbal communication.

· Tech-savvy (MS Office/Google Workspace).

· Prior academic coordination/administration experience preferred.
