Student Counselor

We are seeking a passionate and student-focused Student Counselor to guide students through their academic and career planning journey. The ideal candidate will provide counseling, assist with course and university selection, support admission processes, and help students make informed decisions about their educational future.

Key Responsibilities   Counsel students regarding higher education opportunities, both domestic and international.
Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and interests to recommend suitable programs and institutions.
Guide students through admission requirements, application procedures, and documentation.
Assist with university shortlisting, application submissions, and follow-ups.
Provide information on scholarships, visas, accommodation, and other student support services.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
Participate in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
Stay updated on admission policies, university offerings, and education trends.
Requirements   Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counseling, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to understand student needs and provide tailored guidance.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
Prior experience in education counseling, admissions, or customer service is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills   Knowledge of study abroad processes and university admissions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Target-oriented mindset with a focus on student satisfaction.
Multilingual communication skills are an added advantage.
