Position: LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for a 22yr Old Jewellery
Description   We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead our training initiatives at our 22-year-old jewellery business in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing employee skills and knowledge to drive business success.

Responsibilities    Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and create tailored training programs.
Design and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops, both in-person and online.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and results.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet specific needs.
Manage the learning management system (LMS) and maintain training records and documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Skills and Qualifications    4-10 years of experience in learning and development or related field.
Proven experience in designing and conducting training programs.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
Familiarity with various training methodologies and tools, including e-learning platforms.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
