Position: Assistant Customer Service Manager - Freight Forwarding )
JOB DESCRIPTION (FEMALE CANDIDATE ONLY)

➢ To ensure the quality of customer service department across all branches of Trade Route Logistics.

➢ Interacting with shipping lines, airlines, vendors and customers on a daily basis to ensure quality customer service and smooth operations in day to day business.

➢ To carry out the daily tasks to perfection through direct and indirect means of communication.

➢ To perform accurate and timely data entry in the prescribed software.

➢ Ensuring data integrity and quality in the documentational aspects.

➢ Maintain daily status reports and create other reports as and when asked to.

➢ Ensuring file and document compliance.

➢ Process flow execution, monitoring and optimization.

➢ Customer liaison, feedback, and reporting to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

➢ Track and trace of shipments and provide timely update to sales department.

➢ Dispute handling with a solution-oriented approach as and when required.

➢ Ensure customer confidence and protect the business by keeping confidentiality of information.

➢ To provide assistance to the senior management in any tasks pertaining to the organization.

➢ To give administrative assistance to the MD when advised to.

➢ Any additional responsibility as per the discretion of the management.

Office working hours

Monday to Friday – 0930 HRS to 1800 HRS

Saturdays (except Second Saturdays) – 0930 HRS to 1330 HRS
