Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to closure.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients to define project requirements.
Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Track project progress and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation plans.
Conduct regular status meetings and share progress reports.
Ensure quality standards and compliance with project goals.
Handle change requests and manage dependencies.
Support post-project review and documentation.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager / Project Coordinator / similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
