Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan and execute integrated campaigns across SEO, social media, email, and paid channels.
Manage marketing calendars, budgets, and performance targets.
2. SEO Management
Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
Improve website ranking, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics.
3. Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, etc.).
Plan content calendars and oversee content creation.
Monitor engagement, trends, and competitor activity.
Optimise campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
4. Campaign Management & Performance Marketing
Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, etc.).
Monitor ROI, CPA, and overall campaign performance.
Conduct A/B testing and optimise campaigns for better results.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyse performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.
Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Use data-driven decision-making to improve campaigns.
6. Trend Monitoring & Innovation
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Identify new growth opportunities and emerging platforms.
Recommend innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
Strong expertise in SEO (technical, on-page, off-page).
Hands-on experience with social media strategy and campaign execution.
Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Strong communication and team management abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience managing a team.
Knowledge of content marketing and email marketing.
Basic understanding of website CMS (Word Press or similar).
