Project Manager - IT Infra

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an IT Project Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and coordinate various IT projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT project management, basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and security, and proficiency in project management tools.

They should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Major Objectives of the Job:

• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures

• Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.

• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

• Ensuring project deadlines are met.

• Determining project changes.

• Providing administrative support as needed.

• Undertaking project tasks as required.

• Developing project strategies.

• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.

• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Qualification:

• IT project management. Basic knowledge IT infrastructure, Security. Exp. In project management tool

• Exp in handling IT security projects 3+ years
