Role Description
akumen by Q – Powered by Qubiqon  is looking for an experienced  AI Engineering Trainer  to mentor tech professionals and students inside a real software company environment.
We welcome industry professionals currently working in  AI/ML, GenAI, or MLOps  who are looking to transition into a trainer/mentor role.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical training in ML, DL (Vision, NLP, LLMs) and Generative AI using Azure ML, AutoML, and Copilot Studio

• Mentor learners through AI capstone projects – from data prep to model deployment

• Develop an industry‑focused AI curriculum covering Cognitive Services, MLOps, and responsible AI

• Support learners with Microsoft AI certifications and real‑world enterprise AI project scenarios

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Azure ML, Python, and popular ML/DL frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn)

• Knowledge of LLMs, Copilot Studio, Azure Cognitive Services & modern GenAI workflows

• Solid foundation in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques

• Excellent communication, presentation & mentoring abilities

• Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in AI/ML domains

• Experience in Agentic frameworks like Lang Graph, CrewAI, or AutoGPT.

Experience

• 2+ years of industry experience in AI/ML/GenAI

• Prior training experience preferred (not mandatory)
