POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Ad Campaign Specialist based in India, with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimising paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is analytically sharp, creatively versatile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment. Prior exposure to the healthcare or medical industry and demonstrated experience managing campaigns for US-based clients will be considered strong differentiators.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Linked In, programmatic platforms, and other relevant channels.

• Develop audience targeting strategies, messaging frameworks, and media plans aligned with client goals and KPIs.

• Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimisations to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics.

• Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategy.

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop and A/B test ad copies, visuals, and landing page variations.

• Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring accurate pacing and ROI targets are met or exceeded.

• Prepare detailed performance reports and present data-driven insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.

• Coordinate across time zones with US-based clients and stakeholders, maintaining clear and proactive communication.

• Stay current with digital advertising trends, platform algorithm updates, and compliance regulations — particularly in healthcare marketing (HIPAA, FDA guidelines, etc.) when applicable.

• Work in sync with cross-functional teams including SEO, CRM, analytics, and design for integrated campaign execution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in digital advertising, paid media, or performance marketing — agency or in-house.

• Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, You Tube), Meta Ads Manager, and Linked In Campaign Manager.

• Strong command over campaign analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Hands-on experience managing AI-driven campaign types including Google Performance Max (PMax), Smart Bidding strategies, audience signals, automated asset optimization, and AI-assisted campaign workflows.

• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns with monthly budgets of INR 5 Lakhs or more (or equivalent USD).

• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, or similar analytics and reporting tools.

• Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal — essential for US client interaction.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work across Indian Standard Time (IST) and US time zones when required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working on digital campaigns for healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, or health-tech companies.

• Familiarity with US healthcare advertising compliance (HIPAA, FDA, MLR review processes) is a strong advantage.

• Prior experience working directly with US-based clients in a digital marketing agency or GCC/captive setup.

• Familiarity with evolving AI-powered advertising capabilities such as Google AI Max features, predictive audience targeting, conversational campaign insights, automated creative generation, and machine learning-driven campaign optimization.
