Senior Data Analyst Data Analytics, Reporting & Business Insights

Role Purpose

Drive data-driven decision-making by delivering actionable insights, developing reporting solutions, and supporting business planning through advanced analytics, visualization, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards that provide visibility into business performance and operational metrics.

• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.

• Partner with business leaders to understand reporting requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into analytical solutions.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms and business intelligence tools.

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate recurring analyses, and enhance data accessibility.

• Leverage approved AI tools to enhance data analysis, reporting efficiency, insight generation, and decision support.

Core Skills

• Advanced data analysis and problem-solving (SQL, SAP WEBI , Power Query, DAX or similar tools)

• Data visualization and dashboard development (Power BI, Excel, DAX or similar tools)

• Business intelligence, KPI design, and performance reporting

• Data modelling, trend analysis, and forecasting

• Stakeholder management and business partnering

• Process improvement and reporting automation
