Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure brand compliance
Lead, train, and supervise team members to achieve business targets
Monitor food cost, inventory, and manpower utilization
Ensure hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in QSR / fast food or organized retail
Strong leadership and team management skills
Basic knowledge of operations, inventory, and cost control
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
