PT - Physical Therapist

A comprehensive rural healthcare facility in Alaska.

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift, 5x8 hours from 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM, with weekend coverage required. Clinician will float within scope to meet facility needs, including outpatient, acute care, and some skilled nursing facility (SNF) coverage.

Join a dedicated team at a critical access hospital that provides care for patients of all ages and diagnoses. The therapy department sees outpatients, inpatients, and SNF patients, with specialties in wound care, lymphedema, pelvic floor therapy, and pediatrics.

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy to patients across various age groups and needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate and implement individualized care plans.
• Utilize appropriate therapeutic interventions based on patient assessments.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in Epic.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a physical therapist.
• Valid state physical therapist license for Alaska.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with patients across various settings including outpatient and acute care preferred.
