The City of Kodiak is seeking a full-time Harbor Officer in the Harbor Department to oversee security, maintenance, and safe use of port, harbor and shipyard facilities.
Under supervision, the officer will patrol facilities by foot, vehicle and vessel, conduct vessel counts, perform routine maintenance, and respond to emergencies to protect people and property along Kodiak's waterfront.
