Accounting Clerk (Contract-to-Hire)

Our client, a growing manufacturing company in Kokomo, IN | Fully Onsite, is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their team. This position is open due to continued growth and an internal promotion, creating an excellent opportunity to join a stable organization with long-term potential.

The Accounting Clerk will support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, customer service, and office operations, making this a well-rounded opportunity for someone interested in building a broader accounting and administrative skill set.

• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including data entry, invoice processing, payment support, and account maintenance
• Assist with customer inquiries, incoming calls, scheduling, and front-office support
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, deliveries, and job site supply requests
• Prepare project documentation, drawings, and materials for Project Managers and field teams
• Support meeting coordination, conference room setup, and virtual meeting technology as needed
• Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate with facility service providers
• Provide general administrative and operational support to leadership and the broader team
• Perform other accounting and office-related duties as assigned
