Plant Controller

We are partnering with an established manufacturing company in Central Indiana on a Plant Controller opportunity. This is a hands-on leadership role for an accounting or finance professional who wants to own a plant's financial operations and grow into broader financial leadership.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional accounting role and is interested in understanding the business, influencing decisions, and taking on increasing

responsibility over time.

• Own the financial operations and P&L for the manufacturing plant
• Prepare financial statements and oversee financial reporting
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to leadership
• Oversee AR/AP and purchase approvals
• Support audit and tax activities
• Maintain and improve financial controls and accounting processes
• Lead, develop, and manage a team of 3 direct reports

• 3–10 years of accounting or finance experience within a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Previous people leadership experience
• Strong accounting and financial reporting skills
• Experience with P&L analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow
• Ability to work closely with operations and understand the connection between financial and
