Button CDJR, a proud member of the Chariot Automotive Group, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service team.

The Service Advisor plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by serving as the primary liaison between our customers and service technicians.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally in person and by phone
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Create and manage repair orders with clear, detailed service recommendations
• Communicate effectively with technicians regarding diagnostics, repair needs, and timelines
• Provide service estimates and keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines
• Ensure accuracy of paperwork, billing, and warranty documentation
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain service records using dealership management systems

• Previous automotive service advisor experience is required (CDJR experience a plus)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and dealership software
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations in the last five years
