We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Facilities & Construction Project Engineer to support engineering operations and capital projects at our Indiana Technical Center. This role will lead facility improvements, lab readiness, and construction initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and energy standards. You’ll report directly to the Site Facilities Manager.

• Oversee facilities engineering, layouts, equipment specs, and contractor supervision
• Support lab readiness and collaborate with engineering teams on new programs
• Lead construction and renovation projects, including expansions and infrastructure upgrades
• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder coordination
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, OSHA, and corporate standards
• Support sustainability, energy efficiency, and capital investment planning

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering
• 10+ years in facilities or construction project engineering (R&D/automotive a plus)
• Strong knowledge of building systems, lab infrastructure, CAD, project tools
• Proven experience with capital projects & facility upgrades
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
