Atkore in Kokomo, IN is seeking a Quality Engineer to monitor product quality, analyze defects, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with quality standards on the shop floor. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will lead continuous improvement, drive Lean within Atkore’s system, and participate in project teams to reduce waste and improve process capability.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering with 1–3 years in manufacturing is required;
