FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a top caliber Fitness Specialist to join our growing team in the Kokomo, IN area. This position is approximately 4 hours weekly with room to grow.

Founded in 1998, FOX was the first private practice in the country to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in‑home setting for the older adult population. We help patients restore the quality of life they deserve and desire, focusing on rehabilitation of lives delivered through evidence‑based therapy with innovative and proactive treatment.

• Prescribe exercise programs to maintain functional levels after discharge from rehabilitation services.
• Provide excellent support system with leadership, clinical education, and an assigned Program Manager.
• Perform 1:1 and small group sessions with senior living residents.
• Travel to patient residences and senior living communities as required.
• Expand territory and travel needs as practice demands.
• Continuing education options available.

• A bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Exercise Physiology; a certified personal trainer through a nationally recognized organization preferred (ACSM, NSCA, NASM, ACE, ISSA).
• Prior experience as a fitness trainer, with willingness to become a certified personal trainer.
• Willingness and ability to travel to patient residences and between senior living communities.
• CPR certification.
• Experience working with older adults in a proactive and wellness setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability during part of M‑F 10 a.m.–2 p.m. (not all).
