Operating Room CST will be responsible for scrubbing on a variety of surgical cases, assisting surgeons, and anticipating their needs. They must possess a strong knowledge of sterile and aseptic technique and be prepared to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Applicants will be eligible for a signing bonus as part of the compensation package.

• Graduation from a CAAHEP‑ or ABHES‑accredited Surgical Technology program or graduation from an NCCT‑authorized school with a GED or high‑school diploma. An associate degree is preferred.
• Graduates of a Military Training Program in Surgical Technology that is not accredited must provide a DD‑214 statement and certification.
• Current Surgical Technologists with an associate degree or higher in another field, at least 120 surgical cases in the last four years, and 30 continuing‑education credits in the last two years may also be considered.
• NBSTSA certification obtained within six months of hire.
• One year of operating‑room experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skills required.
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize, organize, and multi‑task with a high degree of responsibility and responsiveness.
• Takes direction well but is also self‑directed and motivated.
