As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will build meaningful relationships by learning the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day you will use your clinical skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well‑being of residents, providing a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

- Leadership: promoting teamwork within the care team to exceed resident needs.
- Collaboration:
working with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive resident care. - Teamwork: working toward a common goal of excellent care for residents.
- Interpersonal Communication: supporting a respectful and positive work environment.
- Current and valid Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY) license in the state of Indiana.
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
