Day Job

PRN, 24 hours in a 6 week schedule. Unit is open 7am-5:30pm on weekdays. Call after 5pm on weekdays and on weekends and holidays.

Make a Difference - The Ultrasound Technologist Vascular performs diagnostic ultrasound exams according to physician orders.

• Exceptional communication and patient care skills aptitude toward the team philosophy
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Basic computer skills
• Provides correct patient identification, technique, education, instruction, and transportation, as necessary
• Serves as preceptor for imaging procedures
• Operates all imaging and Doppler/duplex equipment with proper technique
• Meets all computer and documentation competencies

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED required
• License
  
  Required:
  
  Current ARDMS Certification in Ultrasound (If hired without a license, ARDMS or ARRT(S) or CCI certification is required within 24 months of obtaining position)
• Registered Vascular Tech within 1 year
