• Provide safe, comfortable, and high‑quality dialysis treatment; gather patient stats before and after treatment, initiate and terminate treatment, and collect blood samples per physician orders.
• Prepare hemodialysis machines before treatment, clean and disinfect them afterward, conduct safety checks, and log results for quality control.
• Use appropriate safety measures, including PPE, and adhere to company policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education offerings.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients in need.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.

• Successful completion of USRC training program approved by the Medical Director, including demonstrated competency, within 8 weeks of hire.
• Successful completion of USRC training course in the theory and practice of hemodialysis within 8 weeks of hire.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire or as required by the state.
• Patient Care Technician certification must be obtained through a state certification program or nationally recognized certification program within 18 months of hire.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Comfortable with mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
