This full‑time position reports to the Moon Fabricating Corp facility in Kokomo, IN. Trained professionals are paid to travel to customers' job sites.

• Work closely with others in the rubber‑lining department to perform all functions related to rubber lining, spark testing of rubber‑lined tanks and equipment.
• Perform sandblasting, adhesive applications, stock cutting, and lining applications.
• Inspect interiors of storage tanks, process tanks, water treatment vessels, etc., and apply sandblast, adhesives, and rubber linings with mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to work quickly and accurately with attention to detail.
• Previous rubber lining application experience preferred; on‑the‑job training will be provided.

• 2–3 years of industrial experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school education or GED.
• Experience in the rubber lining industry or related field highly desired.

Ranging by experience: $17.00–$21.00 per hour for shop work; $20.00–$24.00 per hour for field jobs, including $98 per day for meals and lodging.
