To supervise and lead Hourly Production Employees in a safe environment (within Work Group 5 Manufacturing Operations) in achieving departmental and company goals.
Qualifications- Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required);
Bachelor's degree (preferred) - Experience:
2 years supervisory experience (preferred) - Areas of Knowledge:
Safety, CPR & First Aid, AAP/EEO, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Labor Relations, Labor Contracts, Discipline, SOP's, QCI's, ISO (preferred) - Skills:
Written and oral communication, organizational leadership, computer literate, interpersonal relationships (required)

Continuous positive improvement to overall safety performance. - Quality:
