Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. - Assisting with diagnostic tests and follow-up procedures

- Providing basic patient care, such as bathing, feeding, and dressing
- Monitoring and recording vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature
- Educating patients and their families about healthcare procedures, medications, and post-discharge care
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient care in electronic medical records
- Responding to emergency situations and providing immediate medical assistance when necessary
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients

Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in [state of employment]
- Proven experience working as a LPN in a healthcare setting
