American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Dept-Trauma position requiring night shifts and trauma certifications.

• Work in the Emergency Department-Trauma unit of a hospital setting
• 12-week assignment with night shift hours from 19:00-07:30

• Active RN license (IN state or compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS, PALS, and ACLS (must be AHA)
• TNCC certification required, renewed every 4 years
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required, renewal frequency varies by group
• Ascension CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) training required, 8-hour course renewed every 2 years
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Must provide a valid Driver's License copy
• Must provide 2 professional references
• Must provide full SSN and DOB for consideration

• Provide emergency and trauma nursing care within a fast-paced ED-Trauma unit
• Must have a US Social Security Number and a US home address (international addresses not accepted)
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on facility location
• Candidates should begin discussing assignment extensions with management at least 45 days before the end date
• COVID vaccination is not required
