Maintenance Custodian Associate

Base Pay Range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance as necessary.
• Conduct safety sweeps and follow all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures and using approved chemicals and equipment.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies, including rotating and storing them properly and placing orders when supplies are low.
• Ensure a safe and positive first and last impression for members and associates.
