Member Assist Cart Attendant at Sam's Club. Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well-kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, and ensure there are carts ready and available. You will also assist our members helping them load their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

• Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have

• Ensuring club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; informing members when products are unavailable; offering alternative product options; ensuring items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup
• Resolving member issues and concerns; promoting the company's products and services
• Organizing and maintaining availability of carts/flatbeds; assisting members with transporting items
• Utilizing cart retrieval equipment according to company policies and procedures; maintaining parking lot cleanliness
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
