Overview
Arch Telecom’s Retail Store Manager (RSM) leads a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Our RSMs are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer needs are the first focus and build meaningful connections with customers by uncovering needs and educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions.
Whatyou’ll do in your role
- Lead by example, demonstrating the elements needed for your team to reach the top: help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey (online, through Customer Care, or in-store).
- Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store functions, from sales and inventory to new store programs and initiatives.
- Sell to uncover personalized solutions beyond a bare-bones device and service plan, including unique accessories and emerging Internet of Things (IOT) devices.
- Maintain the store at its best and deliver first-class customer experience.
Approach service and sales with patience, honesty and empathy.
Digital tools & trainingBecome proficient in the use of digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding, to actively demonstrate:
- How our expanding coverage stacks up in the customer’s neighborhood, providing a fast LTE network.
- Why plans and services enable customers to live unlimited, stay connected, and go further.
- How wireless is being redefined, including device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting.
Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
Collaboration & customer experienceBuild relationships with and partner with employees across channels (including business and customer service) to:
- Own the customer experience and resolve issues to create a seamless, run-around-free environment.
- Identify and hand off small business leads.
- Develop strong peer relationships where everyone contributes to the company’s success.
- Provide a high-quality customer experience while maintaining a positive work environment.

- Prior wireless sales experience

- Ability to stand for long periods

- Reliable transportation
- Full-time availability (45 hours)
