This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Kokomo, IN. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing inside sales, and fostering relationships with potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Proven Business Development skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus
• Marketing, or related field is preferred
