Henkels & McCoy currently seeking Laborer s for our Telecom program in Indiana.
Current work locations are:
Elkhart, Valparaiso, Lafayette, Kokomo, Marion
Responsibilities
- Broom/Shovel work assisting crew in underground utility construction.
- Assist crew members in trenching, digging, pulling and removing material.
- Operate power equipment for demolition, concrete removal, grading, truck/dumpster loading, site clean-up and other general tasks using company and/or rental equipment.
- Monitor and maintain condition of company equipment.
- Loads and unload trucks and haul/hoist materials.
- Participate in daily job briefing and safety meetings.
- Must be able to lift, reach, dig and carry heavy objects; with frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and infrequent lifting of up to 100 pounds.
- Must be able to wear all required personal safety equipment.
- A valid drivers license is required.
- Pre-Employment Drug Testing.
- Must be available for overtime weekday and/or weekend.
- Labor experience in utilities, preferred but not required.
