Wooster Motor Ways is hiring safety-focused CDL‑A Company Drivers for our regional lanes. You get steady miles, a team that has your back, and a clear pay structure that rewards safe, experienced drivers.

• $1,500 – $1,800 per week
• $1,350 guaranteed weekly minimum
• Detention pay
• Breakdown pay

• Home daily or weekends, depending on route
• Drivers in the Plymouth / Wabash area are home frequently

• Daily local and regional runs
• Drop-and-hook pickups, live unload at delivery

• Paid vacation:
  • 1 week after 6 months
  • 2 weeks after 12 months
  • 3 weeks after 7 years
  • 4 weeks after 15 years

• International LT trucks
• APU, refrigerator, microwave, and TV
• Premium driver's seat

• Valid Class A CDL
• 1 year of verifiable CDL‑A experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Must meet DOT/FMCSA physical requirements
• Hazmat endorsement and TWIC card preferred, not required

• Haul general freight and specialized loads safely and on time
• Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report any issues
• Secure and inspect cargo and follow handling procedures for hazmat or temp‑sensitive freight
• Keep accurate HOS logs and DOT paperwork
• Verify BOLs and collect signatures at delivery
• Handle basic maintenance (fluids, minor fixes) and keep your equipment clean

• Reliable and safety‑focused
• Plans ahead and hits delivery windows
• Communicates clearly with dispatch and customers
• Respectful team player on the road and in the yard
