Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Healthcare Administration, Microsoft Technologies & AI Solutions

About the Project:
We are developing a portfolio of industry-aligned professional certification courses focused on modern healthcare administration, clinical informatics, digital workflows, and AI-powered healthcare solutions using Microsoft's healthcare ecosystem.
We are looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert who can contribute to curriculum design, technical validation, hands-on lab creation, and real-world healthcare scenarios across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and AI-enabled healthcare workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and validate curriculum for healthcare administration, patient access, clinical informatics, and AI-powered healthcare solutions.
Develop and review learning content, practical exercises, assessments, and real-world case studies.
Create hands-on labs using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare.
Validate healthcare workflows including:
Patient registration and intake
Appointment scheduling
Care coordination
Clinical documentation workflows
Referral management
Healthcare operations
Design AI agent use cases for healthcare, including:
Patient navigation
Appointment assistance
Care coordination
Internal healthcare support
Administrative automation
Ensure all content aligns with healthcare best practices, privacy regulations, responsible AI principles, and Microsoft technologies.
Collaborate closely with instructional designers and content developers to create engaging learning experiences.

Required Expertise:
Hands-on experience in Healthcare Administration, Clinical Informatics, Health IT, or Digital Healthcare Operations.
Practical experience using Microsoft technologies within healthcare environments.

Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or AI chatbot/agent development.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and operational processes.
Knowledge of healthcare data privacy, governance, PHI handling, and Responsible AI.
Ability to translate real-world healthcare practices into learner-friendly training content.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing digital transformation initiatives in healthcare.
Experience building AI agents or healthcare chatbots.
Knowledge of EHR-adjacent workflows and healthcare data management.
Previous experience developing eLearning, training programs, or professional certification content.

Experience with change management, UAT, or healthcare technology implementation projects.
