Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Emergency Response Physician, located in Kolkata. The role involves providing timely and effective emergency medical care to patients in critical situations. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients in urgent care scenarios, ensuring their stabilization, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to provide optimal care. The Emergency Response Physician will also be expected to engage in training and mentoring programs to strengthen emergency medical services and participate in initiatives aimed at improving healthcare delivery.
Qualifications
Expertise in Emergency Medicine and Emergency Services will be an advantage
Proficiency in managing Critical Care Online medical direction and Urgent Care scenarios
Strong knowledge and skills in general Medicine, including the ability to assess and manage diverse medical emergencies
Relevant medical licensure and certifications (e.g., ACLS, BLS, or other recognized certifications) are required
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure and fast-paced environments
Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively
Experience or training in teaching and mentorship is a plus
MBBS or an equivalent medical degree is mandatory; specialized qualifications in Emergency Medicine or a related field are desirable
