Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Career Counsellor role based in our Kolkata office. The Career Counsellor will provide personalised advice and guidance to students and professionals, helping them to identify their career goals and match them with suitable educational or vocational pathways. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counselling sessions, creating tailored development plans, providing resources to enhance decision-making, and staying updated on the latest trends and opportunities in education and career growth.
The counsellor will collaborate with students, parents, and professionals to ensure successful pathways for career success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Career Counselling, Career Development, and Career Management to guide individuals towards achieving their goals.
- Strong expertise in Student Counselling to provide personalised support and solutions to educational and career-related challenges.
- Outstanding Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to develop customised career plans and inspire confidence in their potential and abilities.
- Should be fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali
- Prior experience in a similar role within the education sector is an advantage.
