Job Summary  We are looking for a passionate and dynamic  Academic Counsellor  to join our admissions team. You will play a key role in guiding prospective students to find the right course fit, supporting them throughout the enrollment process, and ensuring a positive academic journey.

Key Responsibilities   Engage with potential students via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their academic goals and career interests.
Provide in-depth information about AIEM courses, career paths, fees, and admission procedures.
Follow up with leads generated through online and offline channels.
Maintain accurate student records in CRM and ensure timely conversions.
Assist in organizing admission drives, seminars, and educational events.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams for lead nurturing and student engagement.

Requirements   Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or Communication preferred).
Freshers are welcome.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Familiarity with education CRM systems is a plus.
Passionate about student success and education.
