Role Overview :
The Controller of Examinations is a senior academic administrative position responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all examination-related activities of the University. The role ensures integrity, confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of examination processes across all programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organise, and conduct end-semester, internal, supplementary, and competitive examinations.
Ensure strict compliance with UGC, statutory, and university examination regulations.
Oversee question paper setting, moderation, evaluation, result processing, and publication.
Maintain confidentiality, security, and integrity of examination processes and records.
Manage examination schedules, timetables, grading systems, and re-evaluation procedures.
Supervise examination staff and coordinate with academic departments, IT, and administration.
Handle examination-related grievances, audits, and regulatory inspections.
Lead digital and automation initiatives in examination and evaluation systems.

Educational Qualifications &
Experience:
PhD in any discipline with at least 55% marks at the postgraduate level .
Minimum 8 years of experience as Associate Professor in a university system (preferably in private universities).
5–10 years of experience as Controller of Examinations or in a senior examinations administration role.
