Position:
Admission Counsellor
We are seeking highly driven, result-oriented Admission Counsellors who can take complete ownership of the admission lifecycle—from first inquiry to final enrolment.
Key Responsibilities (Critical Role)
- Act as the first point of contact for students and parents, handling walk-ins, telephonic, digital, and lead-based enquiries
- Provide in-depth career counselling on IAER’s programs, eligibility, fees, career scope, and placement outcomes
- Aggressively follow up with prospective students to ensure timely conversion of leads into confirmed admissions
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual admission targets
- Maintain accurate and updated admission data in CRM and institutional systems
- Coordinate with academic, finance, and administration teams for smooth admission closure
- Ensure proper documentation, fee collection, and compliance during the admission process
- Conduct and support school visits, education fairs, seminars, and outreach programs
- Regularly prepare and submit admission performance and conversion reports to management
- Build trust and long-term relationships with students and parents through professional counselling and service quality
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
- Experience in education admissions / counselling / sales / business development preferred
- Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under targets, pressure, and timelines
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset may also apply
