Job Description:
- Admissions Management:
Oversee the entire admission process from inquiry to enrolment.
- Counselling & Guidance:
Provide accurate information and counselling to prospective students and parents about courses, eligibility, and career pathways.
- Outreach & Promotion:
Coordinate admission campaigns, school visits, career fairs, and digital outreach to attract quality applicants.
- Data & Reporting:
Maintain admission records, prepare reports, and analyse trends to support strategic planning.
- Compliance:
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and institutional policies during the admission process.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with academic departments, marketing teams, and administration to align admission goals with institutional objectives.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in Education, Management, or related fields).
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or academic administration.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Anyone with lesser experience, yet having the zeal to achieve this benchmark designation may apply as well
