Job Description:
The MBBS Counsellor will guide students and parents on medical admissions overseas. Responsibilities include counselling on eligibility criteria and admission requirements, assisting with applications and documentation, coordinating with international medical universities, and ensuring timely follow-ups and successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Counsel students and parents on MBBS admissions abroad (countries, universities, eligibility, fees).
· Explain admission procedures, timelines, and documentation requirements for overseas medical universities.
· Assess student profiles and recommend suitable countries and medical colleges abroad.
· Assist students with applications, document verification, and submission within deadlines.
· Coordinate with international universities, partners, and agents for offer letters and seat confirmation.
· Guide students on visa process, travel formalities, and pre-departure requirements.
· Follow up with prospective students to ensure conversions and fee collection.
· Maintain accurate student records, MIS, and CRM updates.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Healthcare, or Management preferred).
· 2-3 years of Prior experience in MBBS abroad (Russia, Georgia & Kazakhstan) counseling or overseas education counseling is a must.
· Track record of strong results earlier in lead conversion
· Strong knowledge of MBBS admission processes, countries, universities, and eligibility criteria.
· Excellent communication and counseling skills.
· Ability to handle students and parents professionally and empathetically.
· Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and online application portals.
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
Salary:
As per market industry standard - Both Fixed & Variable
