Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced B2B Collaboration Manager to develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with study abroad consultancies, educational institutions, schools, and channel partners across India and neighboring countries such as Nepal, Myanmar and Bangladesh. The role requires a strong background in business development, marketing, and stakeholder management to expand the organization's footprint and drive student enrollments for international education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage partnerships with study abroad consultants, schools, colleges, and educational institutions across India, Nepal, Myanmar, Bangladesh, and other emerging markets.
Identify and onboard new channel partners to increase student recruitment and market reach.
Achieve partnership and enrollment targets through structured business development plans.
Organize education fairs, seminars, workshops, webinars, and outreach activities across multiple regions.
Represent the organization at educational events, conferences, and networking forums.
Ensure seamless communication and coordination between partners and internal teams.
Coordinate with vendors and event partners to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators and optimize strategies through data-driven decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
8–10 years of experience in the education or study abroad industry.
Proven experience in partnership development, channel management, and B2B collaborations.
Strong understanding of international education markets and student mobility trends.
Experience working with partner networks in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and South Asia will be preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
