Key Responsibilities:

Student Advising
Guide students on course selection, academic planning, and career pathways.
Help students make informed decisions about their educational journey.
Academic Support
Assist students in developing effective study habits and time management skills.
Provide support to help students overcome academic challenges and pressure.
Assessment & Monitoring
Monitor academic performance and identify students who may need additional support.
Recommend and implement improvement plans to enhance student outcomes.
Enrollment & Student Conversion
Conduct demo sessions and counseling calls with prospective students.
Address queries and objections effectively to drive enrollments.
Record Management
Maintain accurate student records and update databases regularly.
Manage schedules, appointments, and student progress tracking.
Collaboration
Work closely with faculty, staff, and parents to ensure holistic student development and success.

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong counseling, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities
Experience in Academic Counseling, Student Advising, Admissions, or Educational Sales is preferred
Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities
