Role Overview :
We are looking for a senior-level Knowledge Curation Head / Program Director to lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of our finance learning programs. This role will own the academic strategy, curriculum design, and overall learning experience across multiple finance domains (including certifications, upskilling, and applied finance programs).
The ideal candidate will combine strong domain expertise with proven experience in curriculum design, content development through SMEs, and a deep understanding of the student learning journey in a professional education environment.
Responsibilities:
1.Curriculum & Program Strategy
- Own the end-to-end curriculum strategy across finance programs.
- Design structured learning pathways across domains such as core finance, markets, valuation, risk, and analytics.
- Define learning outcomes, content architecture, and progression frameworks.
- Continuously evolve programs based on industry trends, learner needs, and performance insights.
2.Content Development & SME Collaboration
- Lead the development of high-quality study materials, case-based content, and video lectures.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SME) and faculty to translate complex concepts into structured, learner-friendly content.
- Oversee the video production lifecycle (concept → scripting → recording → quality control).
- Ensure consistency in academic rigour, depth, and content quality across programs.
3.Learning Experience & Student Journey
- Design and optimise the end-to-end student learning journey (onboarding → learning → revision → outcomes).
- Build content and experiences that drive engagement, retention, and real-world applicability.
- Leverage LMS analytics, student feedback, and performance data to continuously enhance learning outcomes.
4.Team Leadership & Content Operations
- Build and manage a team of content creators, instructional designers, and academic associates.
- Establish scalable content development workflows, review systems, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage and scale the SME/faculty ecosystem to ensure high-quality and timely content delivery.
5.Performance & Outcomes
- Drive key learning metrics, including student engagement and completion rates, learning outcomes and assessment performance, and student satisfaction.
- Use data and insights to continuously refine curriculum, content formats, and delivery models.
6.Business & Cross-functional Impact
- Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align programs with learner demand and business goals.
- Support go-to-market initiatives through strong academic positioning and differentiated content.
- Drive program effectiveness and contribute to program growth by aligning content strategy with market needs and learner demand.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of curriculum design and instructional frameworks.
- Deep understanding of the student learning journey in professional education.
- Strong grasp of finance concepts across domains (markets, valuation, risk, etc.).
- Excellent stakeholder management (SMEs, faculty, cross-functional teams).
- Data-driven decision-making using LMS and learner insights.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in EdTech, professional education, or finance training is strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years in curriculum design, content development, or academic/program leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Education, or a related field.
