Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor who will guide students in choosing the right academic programs, support admissions, and provide career-related counseling. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students regarding academic courses, programs, and career options
Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions
Guide students through the admission process from inquiry to enrollment
Maintain student records and follow up with leads regularly
Achieve monthly admission targets
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams
Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and eligibility
Conduct counseling sessions (online/offline)
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation ability
Basic knowledge of education systems and courses
Confidence in handling students and parents
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)

Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome)
