We're Hiring | Senior Manager – School Outreach & Institutional Relations

IMAS Business School  is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented  Senior Manager – School Outreach & Institutional Relations  to lead our school engagement initiatives across West Bengal and neighbouring states.

This is a leadership role for a professional who can build strong institutional networks, lead a team, organize impactful outreach programs, and significantly contribute to student acquisition and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic School Outreach
Develop and implement the annual School Outreach Strategy aligned with institutional admission objectives.
Build long-term relationships with Principals, School Managements, College Management, Tutorials , Tuition Centres and Education Consultants.
Identify new schools and institutional partners to expand the outreach network.
Represent IMAS Business School at educational forums, career fairs, and networking events.

School Engagement & Student Acquisition
Plan and execute Career Guidance Programmes, Scholarship Awareness Sessions, Faculty Interaction Programmes, Campus Connect Initiatives, and Educational Workshops.
Develop innovative engagement activities that encourage student participation and institutional collaboration.
Increase student registrations through structured school engagement initiatives.

Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and monitor the School Outreach team.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual outreach targets.
Review individual performance and ensure achievement of key performance indicators.
Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Institutional Relationship Management
Establish strategic partnerships with schools, coaching centres, NGOs, and educational organizations.
Ensure regular communication and engagement with partner institutions.
Strengthen the institution's visibility and reputation within the school ecosystem.

Planning & Reporting
Develop annual outreach calendars and event schedules.
Monitor outreach performance, registrations, and conversion metrics.
Prepare periodic MIS reports, market intelligence reports, and strategic recommendations for management.

Desired Profile
Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Management, Education, Communications, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience  in School Outreach, Institutional Relations, Business Development, Admissions, Books Sales in School or Educational Marketing.
Proven experience in leading outreach or business development teams.
Strong network with schools, principals, and educational institutions will be a significant advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for institutional visits and events.
Strong planning, leadership, and organizational abilities.
